1. At what degree of liability will a senior doctor be held for a negligence caused by his junior doctor?
- A senior doctor can be held vicariously liable for a negligence caused by his junior.
- It is his/her moral duty to ensure that their attending junior has the required knowledge and skill to perform the required procedure.
- There is a duty of care that the doctors are obligated to give to their patients, failing to which they can be held accountable.

2. Can an educational institution expel me in regard of an event happened off campus?
- The educational institutions have certain restrictions in regard to taking action or expelling students in concern to off campus behavior.
- There has to be proof of link that the event occurred has an impact on the institution or the students studying in it.
